Agenda for Change was implemented in the NHS, across the UK on 1 December 2004, with pay terms and conditions backdated to 1 October 2004. It was the biggest overhaul of NHS-wide pay, terms and conditions in over 50 years.

Flights and relocation
Some hospitals will pay your airfare or part of your airfare to the UK if you are non UK based. This is normally contingent upon completing a specific time period with the Trust.
